The following terms and conditions are the responsibility of the booking party (the client), and by agreeing to this contract, you, the client, understand, accept and will adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. GizWorld Catering respects the privacy of every individual who visits our site. This privacy policy outlines how we will use the information you provide to us.
All event requests must be submitted at least a month prior to the event. All customers submitting a catering event MUST provide proof of ID with payment of credit cards. Catering services requires a deposit. You can do payment arrangements also but must be paid by time of event. Payments can be paid in cash, PayPal, Chime, Cash App, Varo and Venmo and will receive invoice with order. Down payments are non-refundable!! Tip is not included in our Service Charge and therefore at your discretion. All orders will receive confirmation invoice in email.
Any information sent by GIC Catering by internet e-mail or through the website is not secure and is done so on a non-confidential basis. Any information you send this company over the internet, either through this website or via email is done at your own risk.
GIC Catering will provide food and service only within the arrangements the client has already made, and that GIC Catering will not be held responsible for tables, parking, room requisition, etc. should the client fail to arrange these things prior.
In order to serve you, GIC Catering requires the final guest count and the time and location 7 days prior to the event. Increases to the final guest count will need to be approved by GIC Manager in order to confirm that the additional guests can be accommodated. All of the food for finalized events have been purchased, any decrease to the final guest count will not decrease the number of guests charged for the event.
We take great pride in our food creations, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will remedy the situation quickly and courteously.
Catering orders canceled less than 24 hours will be changed in full. Any orders canceled in less than 48 hours will be charged half the price. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages. You will be charged in full for your event order if you cancel on the day prior or on the day of your event date.Catering services requires a deposit. Refunds & Cancel Orders
If you receive food that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Return the items and we'll replace your order. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. Please allow a few days for refund to return to card. We require a 12 hour cancellation period. Any cancellation after this period would require us to bill you for the item in full.
For Catering orders
Down payments are non-refundable. All orders will require ID Verification with all card orders. Catering orders canceled less than 24 hours will be changed in full. Any orders canceled in less than 48 hours will be charged half. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages. You will be charged in full for your event order if you cancel on the day prior or on the day of your event date and also for no call no shows.
Drop Off Catering
GizWorld Cuisine will arrive at the event location approximately one hour prior to the designated location. We will provide a disposable plastic table cover and arrange your food items on the table and all of the items will come disposable equipment and supplies.
